This course is a 7 week self study, OPEN TO ALL GENDERS, with HEAL EVOLVE THRIVES's Trish Dingman, to bring about radical self love- To welcome yourself home to yourself; in the comfort of your own space. about 7 Weeks to You
The first step to self care is self understanding.
We will use guided meditations, guided yoga practices, daily journaling, weekly readings and weekly inquiry tasks to look deep into ourselves (personality, body, spirit, choices and reactions)
The second step to self care is self nurturing- or time spent alone.
Learning to carve out time to mother yourself- just you, with no distractions or someone else to take care of. To enjoy the time you spend with yourself. To woo yourself and fall in love with you!
During this 7 weeks you are going to be DATING YOURSELF. You will go on weekly self care dates with yourself- just you.
The above tools will help you find you have time for this date and that you are worthy of this date.
The Third Step to Self Care is Integration.
You will integrate what you learn about yourself and your time spent alone to create a solid foundation and radically accepting relationship with yourself.
Each week contains a simple mantra to absorb into wholeness.

6 week yoga + book club

This 6-week Yoga + Book Club will explore the levels of consciousness and we will move up the latter of consciousness week by week, with the help of the book entitled, Letting Go by David R. Hawkins, MD. PHD.
We will use a combination of yoga, meditation, discussion and journalling to move up the latter of consciousness through a simple and effective means by which to let go of obstacles to move towards enlightenment and also move towards less negativity than perhaps ever before.
*Feel free to read along with us on this yoga + book club experience or simply show up week by week to be led through the teachings.
Imagine it now - a mini retreat once a week for 6 weeks. A magical forest greets you. Nestled in the forest lies a warm and cozy yurt. You lay your mat down next to the wood burning fireplace and are led through yoga + the teachings of Letting Go. Yoga, meditation, group discussion + journalling will all be used to move through this process.
